On October 8th (Sat), there was the final presentation and closing ceremony of the 4th Leading Edge at the HIZE Sheet Metal factory (3rd fl.) in Jinju.
The training course had been continued for 4 weeks (from September 5th through October 7th) for the 4th trainees at the HIZE Development Center in Jinju.
The course is composed of the personality and ethics education, the engineering knowledge across the aviation industry, the team project improving the productivity and the quality, and English education. This course made them develop their capabilities which are essential to the mid-level managers.
HIZE provides a high-quality training to the employees by improving the contents based on the feedback from the previous trainees.
On the day of final presentation and closing ceremony of the 4th Leading Edge, the Executive Director of Production Division and other board members were attended to celebrate it.
