The 3rd Leading Edge On September 3rd, there was final presentation for the 3rd Leading Edge (existing staffs) and the 2nd Hi-Fly (new staffs) at HIZE Sheet Metal factory (3rd fl.) in Jinju. From August 8th to September 2nd, there was the 3rd Leading Edge training for self-development of existing staffs. As they had team project preparing for real situation in work place, they had improved team work and language skills. Through the 2nd Hi-Fly training for new engineers and overseas sales, they had training for 3 months to learn the basic knowledge and encourage capabilities as HIZE workers. In the final presentation, the executives attended and gave feedback on the presentation. In addition, they awarded diploma to the 3rd Leading Edge and the 2nd Hi-Fly trainees. Especially, the 3rd Leading Edge trainees donated the clock as a present to the Development Department where staffs had been trained. All trainees who are leading the present and future of HIZEAERO, thank you all for your effort. HIZEAERO High! Far! Long!
