On Friday, May 20, 2016, HIZEAERO held the ceremony to mark the 17th anniversary. All the employees gathered to celebrate it at the auditorium in Jinju (2nd Plant). The event went off in the following order: (1) Pledging allegiance to the nation, (2) Awarding commendation for those who employed for the long term or highly performed, (3) Awarding the 3rd Love-HIZE Contest winners, (4) Having the talent contest, and (5) Addressing the commemoration.

The 1st stage was for the people employed for a long time at HIZEAERO. 12 employees in total were selected: 4 including Daeyeon Kim (Deputy General Manager) stayed for 10 years and another 8 including Imsik Noh (Executive Director). We appreciate it again for your hard work to develop HIZEAERO. The prizes

On the next stage, there is award for excellent staff. For last 1 year, each department recommend one of their members and the company chose 10 people. They will be given award and the change to do overseas training. Also, this will be the additional point when they promote.

After that, there is 3rd HIZESARANG CONTEST award. Total 14 people was given the prize. This year, lots of employees and their family participated in this contest so that more than 50% exhibition was submitted compared to last year.

And there is talent show and employees who are very talented made enjoyable time. Total 14 team participated in this show. And they boasted their talent and skill during the show. In the end of the festival, CEO Mr.Ha gave a speech which included appreciation for all HIZEAERO employee’s efforts and presentation for remarkable results of last year. Also, he shared the future plan like expansion overseas market and explained what HIZEAERO will and should do.The ceremony to mark the 17th anniversary this year is unforgettable festival to all employees.
