HIZE AERO and ShinMaywa signed a MOU which would make progress with personnel exchange to improve global technical 3 members who were chosen from HIZE returned to ShinMaywa after they had experience of cluture and techonology during 2 weeks.

3 members who were chosen from ShinMaywa will stay in HIZE with chosen 3 members from HIZE on Feb 29, 2016 to Mar 11, 2016.

They will study varius program such as Assembly, Machining, Special process, Design and Quality on weekdays, also they will have cultural experience and visit historic sites. Both company think that personnel exchange will bring advancement of technology and promote friendship Then they discuss next step to extend enforcement of personnel exchange.
