The 20th Annual General Meeting was held at HIZE Jinju Factory Auditorium on March 24, 2021. At this shareholders meeting, the approval of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements, partial changes to the articles of association, and appointment of auditors, and a total of five agendas were decided. The CEO of HIZE said in a greeting that although the company recorded losses in the current term due to the direct impact of Covid-19, it will turn into a near-term surplus with its strong relationship and technology with leading overseas customers.
