On January 2, 2019, the company held a ceremony in each plant to celebrate a promising start in the New Year. Prior to the ceremony, senior managers of the team lined up to the gate and shook hands with the employees at the gate, exchanging New Year's greetings. At the following ceremony, we had a chance to remind ourselves of our Catch Phrase ‘開’, ‘New Paradigm’ in 2019, make New Year's resolutions, and wish all of our employees a healthy and happy year.
