All of the employees of HIZE AERO held an end-of-the-year ceremony at Jinju and Busan factories on the afternoon of December 28, 2018.
Prior to the ceremony, we provided training to prevent sexual harassment, followed by watching the video clips in 2018, a year-end greeting of the CEO, and the announcement of the catchphrase for 2019.
First, employees had a chance to reflect on 2018 events, achievements, and moments of glory while watching the video to look back on 2018.
Finally, the CEO announced the catchphrase " 開 " and "New Paradigm" in 2019 with the year-end greeting.
2019 marks the 20th anniversary of HIZE AERO's founding, and we chose the subject of '開‘ and the subtitle of ‘New Paradigm’ in order to take a new, open mind rather than sticking to the existing method.
After the ceremony, all employees shook hands and exchanged year-end greetings, pledged to welcome 2019 with an open, new mindset.
