On April 7th, 2017, HIZE conducted a promotion training for 66 promoted employees at the auditorium of Jinju plant and the Training Center of Sacheon plant. As instructors, CEO and directors informed the promoted employees of their roles and duties in their respective positions and the direction which they should go together to develop the company for the future.

Also, employees who were promoted to managers shared their thoughts and opinions through the presentation on the theme of "role of a manager and will to serve". They shared a common opinion that they would be responsible for their duties and responsibilities as a middle manager. After the training, we held a meeting place for promotion celebration. And with the congratulatory message of the CEO, they congratulated each other their promotion again
