On May 22, 2012, Hi-Fly 3rd Members held the final presentation and closing ceremony of the pre-placement training for new employees at the HIZEAERO Jinju Factory Main Building on the 3rd floor.
The newly hired new employees (4 persons) in order to improve the quality capability of HIZEAERO conducted education and on-the-job training for about 3 months at the quality head office. And that office is on the 2nd floor of Sheet Metal Factory.
As new employees, they should be provided basic competencies, teamwork training, and engineering knowledge. And, 3rd Hi-Fly is differentiated from training processes accumulated and supplemented through 1st and 2nd Hi-Fly Education. Also, that makes shorten period of the acclimatization when we put in the business.
Also, Globalization training was expanded from 30 minutes to 1 hour a day to further enhance their global capabilities.
