Every year, HIZEAERO excellent employees is awarded and they get a overseas training chance in order to improve employees' morale and knowledge. Nine excellent employees were s elected in 2016. From May 17 to May 21, 2017, they went to Macao & Hong Kong overseas training for 5 days.

This year's training program is designed to plan by overseas training members. And, Some employees provide support who have experience of overseas trips and the staff who are new to overseas travels participate in the project actively

Macao and Hong Kong have the Chinese and Western cultures and that is so naturally harmonious! It was a good time for the trainees to feel the local culture and learn about the novelty and importance of our country together.

Recognized in their respective fields, our 2016 Outstanding Employees Overseas Trainers have forgotten the awkwardness of their first start. And they rely on each other, rethink the meaning of cooperation and coexistence, and they also promise the future of HIZEAERO. 2016 Excellent Employees will be responsible for the future of HIZEAERO!
