The 16th regular shareholders' meeting was held at the auditorium of Jinju plant on 2017.03.24 The shareholders who attended at the meeting voted unanimously on the 4 agendas regarding approval of financial statement, appointment of director, etc. The CEO promised to expand the scale of production and increase customer accessibility through the completed Busan 3rd plant. He said that HIZE will prepare for the future by increasing productivity and expanding orders from domestic customers for achieving top-line growth and profit, continuous development of overseas business, maintenance of quality, stabilization of mass production business, expansion of actual sales volume and global human resource development. Lastly, he promised to do the best to stabilize share prices through active communication with stock market members such as IR activities.
