On March 3rd, 2017, a lecture for managers was held at the auditorium by CEO This training was followed by the first lecture held in February and all the heads of departments attended it. He repeatedly emphasized that “Rightness”, this year's catchphrase, was always the correct way to do and to be a respectable member of HIZE. He also presented the direction and position of HIZE employees to move forward from their current positions. The CEO praised the managers who carried out their duties in their own places. He finished his lecture by saying, “Be proud of yourself and have passion”.
