2017. 05. 26. (Fri) On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the founding of HIZEAERO, we held a ceremony at the HIZEAERO¡¯s Jinju Factory Auditorium with all the employees.
The ceremony was divided into one and two parts. The first part of the ceremony has been processed national ceremony, the commendation of the long-term employee and the best employee, the 4th HIZE-LOVE Competition winner prize, the HIZEAERO Way briefing session, and the CEO's commemorative ceremony. After having a break, the second part of the event was organized by departmental talent show.
In the first part of the event, a long-term employee was awarded. The 10-year long-term employee was Dong-pil Lee and the other 10, and the 5-year long-term employee was Yong-bok Kim and 42 others. So, a total of 54 people were given commemorative plaques and prizes. After the award, the CEO gave generous encouragement to the long-term employees for their contribution to the company's development.
Next, a commendation ceremony was held for the 2017 year¡¯s best employees. In the past year, the company has taken the initiative and has been recommended by each department for each employee responsible for their responsibilities. And, a total of 10 people have been s elected through the Human Resources Committee. They will receive awards for outstanding employees as well as opportunities for overseas training, and will be awarded a promotion at the next year's promotion review.

Next, the awards of the 4th HIZE LOVE creative contest was held for the winners. We invited external experts to examine all the entries. We s elected 15 works including gold, silver, bronze, and bronze medals in each category. And winners also received certificate of award and prize money. HIZE Love contest has become a representative event for HIZEAERO, as the number of entries increased as the employees and employees' families participated actively. Thank you for all your participation and congratulations to the winners again.

And then, there was a briefing session of HIZEAERO Way by Quality representative.
The HIZEAERO Way is a guideline that establishes a unique philosophy and method of work. That is unique to HIZEAERO, which is linked to the organizational culture. The Quality representative has emphasized that all employees should learn and practice HIZEAERO Way to achieve great innovation.
The second part which started after the first part of the event. It was a great time with all employees. And, the atmosphere of the event was further enhanced by the exciting stage of the staff. In this talent show, 10 teams participated with their own department¡¯s honor and they showed off their skills. Sacheon Production Support Team ¡®Bo-ram Kim¡¯ and others won the Grand Prize. And then, Sacheon 1 Production Team member ¡®Seung-jun Baek¡¯ won the Excellence Prize. Business Division Accounting Team ¡®Seung-jun Choi¡¯ and Sacheon 2 Production Team ¡®Tae-Hyun Kim¡¯ won the Popularity Award. The employees of HIZEAERO could get a chance to recharge themselves with the talent show.
At the last of commemorative ceremony, CEO said about the current situation from the story which is his own dream that he wanted to make a company with fairness and ability for 18 years. And he emphasize that this dreams is not the only his own, and that is all of HIZEAERO member¡¯s dream. The best way is to make a company that is all our employees can have fun and fun. And he emphasized that we can do this.
We can do it! Why? Because we are HIZEAERO.
